Request Types
You can make one or more of the following requests:

Identity Verification
We need to verify your identity to process your request:
For e9e Users:
Submitting your request from the email address registered with your account is sufficient.
For Leads / Third Parties:
- You need to send your request from the email address recorded on our platform.
- Identity is verified through email address matching.
- Additional verification may be required (name + company + location matching).
Process and Commitments
- Your request will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
- Depending on the complexity of the request, this period may be extended by an additional 30 days (total 60 days). You will be notified of any extension.
- The result of your request will be communicated in writing to the email address specified in your application.
- Deletion requests are irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
- If the process requires additional costs, fees determined by the KVKK Board / relevant authority may apply.
