About the Data Request Form

Data Deletion / Access / Objection Request Form

This form has been prepared for you to make requests regarding your personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This form can be used both by e9e platform users and by third parties (prospects / leads) whose data is collected through our platform.

Application Type

Select one or more of the following:

• I am an e9e user - I am making a request regarding my data related to my platform account
• My data was collected as a lead (prospect) - I have learned that my data was collected through the e9e platform and I am making a request

Request Types

You can make one or more of the following requests:

• Information (Right of Access): I want to obtain information about which personal data has been collected and processed about me.
• Data Rectification: I want my personal data to be corrected / updated.
• Data Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten): I want all personal data about me to be deleted.
• Restriction of Processing: I want the processing of my personal data to be restricted.
• Data Portability: I want my personal data to be provided to me in a portable format (JSON/CSV).
• Objection: I object to the processing of my personal data.
• Objection to Automated Decision-Making: I object to a result that arises against me as a result of my data being analyzed by automated systems.

Identity Verification

In order for us to process your request, we need to verify your identity:

For e9e users: It is sufficient to apply from the email address registered to your account.

For leads / third parties:

• You need to send your request from the email address registered on our platform.
• Identity verification is performed by matching the email address.
• Additional verification may be required (name + company + location match).

Process and Commitments

• Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
• Depending on the complexity of the request, this period may be extended by another 30 days (60 days in total). You will be informed in the event of an extension.
• The result of your request will be communicated in writing to the email address you specified in your application.
• Deletion requests are irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
• If the process additionally requires a cost, a fee from the tariff determined by the KVKK Board / relevant authority may be charged.

When making your application by email, do not forget to include the following information:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number (optional)
• Company / Organization (if any)
• Country
• Application Type (e9e User or Lead)
• Request Type (Information, Rectification, Deletion, etc.)
• Request Details (specify which data is affected)

Confirmation

When applying:

• You declare that the above information is accurate.
• You accept the identity verification process necessary for processing your request.
• You declare that you understand that deletion requests are irreversible.
