Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Company Information

This refund policy applies to the services offered by TABBYTE TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("e9e", "we", "Company"). Our company is established under the laws of the United Kingdom and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom.

2. Refund Right

2.1. Annual Plans

• Unconditional full refund right within the first 14 days
• After 14 days, pro-rata refund for the remaining period
• Refund requests must be made by email

2.2. Monthly Plans

• No refunds are made for monthly plans
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• After cancellation, you can use the service until the end of the current period

2.3. Lifetime Plans

• Full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase
• No refunds after 30 days

3. Refund Process

• Send your refund request to info@e9e.io
• Specify your account email and the reason for the refund
• Your request will be evaluated within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are credited back to your payment method within 5-10 business days

4. Cases Where No Refund Is Given

• Accounts closed due to a breach of the terms of use
• Requests after the 14/30-day refund period has passed (depending on the plan type)
• Free trial periods
• Subscriptions purchased with gift or promotional codes

5. Partial Refunds

For cancellation requests made after 14 days on annual plans, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused period. This calculation is made with the following formula:

Refund Amount = (Number of Remaining Months / 12) × Annual Plan Fee

6. Currency

Refunds are made in the currency in which the payment was made. Exchange rate differences are the customer's responsibility.
